As a “normal” business practice, someone plays golf with someone else and then solution request mirror the vendor who paid for the golf.
Its highly unethical but, hey, the Enterprise IT sales process has never been a nice place.
Note: playing golf is a highly inefficient use of employee time for both vendors and customers. Who wants to spend that many hours just to discuss a solution. Wheesh!
