The term “webex thirty” describes the well known phenomenon that at least one person on a conference using a web conference facility will not have installed the software, or know how to dial in, and something. So everyone waits around while they get hold of someone who can get the information, install the software etc etc.
The “videoconferencing thirty” refers to the amount of time you spend mucking around with your videoconferencing rig before you give up and use telephone conference facility. Because the interface is almost good enough that you think you can make it work and you keep trying, and keep trying until your frustration reminds you that videoconferencing never works.
Just use the phone and be done.
