		<description>To this end I&#039;ve dreamed of an internet site that technology professionals (NOT sales people) could give accurate, relevant, and unbiased opinions of technology products.  Hardware I&#039;ve found usually either works or doesn&#039;t so I would be most interested in software and support metrics.  It would certainly be something I would check and weigh in my decisions.

However I&#039;ve also realized there are some serious flaws in this idea.  Two of them being the prevention of astroturfing and that various people have various levels of need/use for support desks.  A CCIE is going to have a different support call and needs then your helpdesk guy...
