Runt Packet – Tech Field Day – Whats That All About

Packet Pushers are adding a new series of sporadic and occasional podcasts where we take a single topic, probably technical and very focussed and discuss just that thing. These podcasts should be about fifteen minutes and be brief and possibly even interesting.

Tech Field Day

This is short interview style session with Steve Foskett of Gestalt IT about the Tech Field Day in Seattle, and to announce the plans for a Network Tech Field Day in September.

I feel its important to tell our listeners something about the event and why we are interested in it. It’s a genuine community-oriented opportunity to meet vendors and hear about their stories.

So please, listen in. I hope that some of you are inspired to start blogging and join us on the future Field Days.

I may be a noob, but I cant seem to listen to this podcast.

There is no place to stream as there normally is, the podcast is not listed in itunes, and no download link is provided.

My hosting server is coughing up blood to deliver all the bandwidth. Try again in ten minutes or so. I can seeit in my iTunes, so maybe you just got a bad moment when the server was under heavy load.

I like the idea of short podcasts focusing on something specific. My attention on the long podcasts wanders.
