RANT:Cannot Copy Text From Product Quick Reference Guide. What ?

I attempted to copy some text from the CPQRG today only to find it is copy protected. Why ? Is it a secret ? Don’t we want to sell things anymore ?
The PDF file of the Product Quick Reference Guide is protected from copying the text. Now I can’t use this information in my tenders and proposals without typing it out.

What are these morons playing at ? I can copy the text from the web page, I can copy the text from Cisco’s web site but I can’t copy from the PDF ?

Hello Cisco Marketing, (yeah, I know you read this … I can see you), can we fix this ?

If you do get the attention of Cisco’s marketing dept, could you ask for some line breaks between paragraphs while they’re at it?
