Its a fancy, double talking, lying-into-your-face-but-i-dont-mean-what-i-say, “hey don’t notice the facts at that look at this”, “sell the sizzle not steak”, marketing term for:
A Receptionist.
NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED IN WHITE PAPERS OR BROCHURES. It’s a stupid term to use.
