Eye Dee Ten Tee is a slang term to describe users or persons that are showing signs of poor brain function.

Written as ID10T and read IDIOT you might get a better idea of what it means.

Said “John I am transfering this call to you. Mary Jones has an Eye Dee Ten Tee problem with her keyboard plug.”
