There's good products, but some stinkers, too. Some like MeetingPlace are a good idie, but the support is going to be rough until the product has been rewritten to be part of the voice architecture instead of being a proprietary product Cisco bought and is slowly integrating. I refuse to pay for the shirts. They want me to wear them, they better provide them for free.
