They gave me an upgrade which is much appreciated, but the time needed to migrate is way too hard. SO I'm living with the problems for now, and waiting for a friend to recommend a better company for wordpress hosting. The biggest problem is that MT enforces a user permissions model that is incompatible with Wordpress. And won't support this change to help configure around it. And still not happy.
