Mac OSX Screencasts
I have been a subscriber to MAX OSX Screencasts for about six months, and found them to be a very good source of learning about various programs for your Mac.
If you want to learn more about how to use OSX, and some of the software that is available for it then subscribe in iTunes for a weekly dose. I highly recommend them.

Although they put out a free podcast once a month, members get a podcast every week. Membership costs USD$45 for one year. If you want to start small then it’s USD$12.50 for 3 month subscription.
