Definitely a bias BUT it’s not completely incorrect. A network admin’s job is to see the network as a big picture. A system admin’s job is not. So while he drew it in a bit of a derogatory manner, it is accurate. What is left out is that the system admins are in the dark because the network admins don’t tell anyone what the network looks like generally, so no one knows what is going on there except for them by design.
