Collection of useful, relevant or inane places on the the Internets for 23rd Feb:
- BGPmon.net Monitoring your prefixes – Excellent site for checking your BGP. This page is specifically interesting for the number of IPv6 prefixes. I think I will keep an eye on this as a precursor for IPv6 actually gaining some momentum.
- Mellanox enables server adaptor sharing • The Register – And not every HBA manufacturer is slavishly following FCoE, Mellanox is betting on both Infiniband and FCoE.
- Voltaire preps InfiniBand switch for IBM blades • The Register – Is IBM looking to Infiniband instead of FCoE or iSCSI ? MMMM, maybe Cisco won't have it all their own way after all ?
- Exclusive Lifehacker Download: Belvedere Automates Your Self-Cleaning PC – background task that keeps your desktop and various folders in good order for Windows. Free.
I use Hazel on the MAC and this whole workflow saves me a lot of time and organisation.
