Collection of useful, relevant or inane places on the the Internets for 12th Jan:
- DealExtreme: $3.32 Reusable Double Eyelid Makers (4-Maker Pack) – Apparently fashion conscious Asians would love to have "double eyelids" like most European eyes do. You have probably never even thought about it. Here is where you can buy some clip-on double eyelids maker.
Fashion, are there no depths of stupidity that you will not plumb.
- DVICE: First look: NovelQuest’s insane $40k Emperor gaming chair in the flesh – What is not love about this chair. I reckon that once you bring down that hood with the screens you could really get some work done!!!
- Newer Tech punts toaster drive dock • The Register – I use this idea (not this product) for backing up my MacBook with Time Machine and SuperDuper. I have three bare HDD that I use for backup on a USB dock, this one looks a bit nicer.
- CES: Hands on test – Cisco Media Hub – iPod/iPhone – Macworld UK – Macworld UK reviews the Linksys by Cisco Media Hub and the external storage drives. Since I don't have a lazy £700 or so I can't say I'm bothered. I am wondering, however, if people who make home theatre systems would see this as part of the solution ? Since I don't watch much video entertainment (TV or movies) I am not the right audience.
- www.copyandwaste.com » Cisco Mac Address Regex – Regex to match a Cisco MAC address (0000.0c).
- DVICE: Linksys Media Hub brings your digital stuff together, lets you get it anywhere – Pictures of the Cisco Linksys Media Hub, for USD$450 it will need to be good.
