Think &quot;call centre in India&quot; where the people have little knowledge, little motivation and feel that they have to do something to justify their existence. 		<description>Yeah, the moderators (Nini especially) seem to chime in at the stupidest times.  It&#039;s almost a given that if any training materials outside of the Cisco approved ones are mentioned, a moderator will chime in with their cut-and-paste post.  Even when people are talking about legit stuff.  Sometimes moderator postings seem so out of place that I wonder if they are automated to an extent.</description>

If the pass is x and you scored x -1%, then unless there are &gt;100 questions you probably failed by one. That is not proprietary information.</description>
