Safari (or Webkit) has a neat debug­ging fea­ture built in. It is avail­able in both OS X and Windows ver­sions. When test­ing per­form­ance of web­sites through applic­a­tion inspec­tion on fire­walls or load bal­an­cer it can be a use­ful tool to get visibility.
